“My name is Jimmy and I can make your visions come to reality.” That line is how he ends his job walkthroughs. He has been doing this work since he was fourteen, and making a homeowner's idea real is the part he actually likes.
He started at 14 and never stopped
Jimmy Garces Jr. got into the trade at fourteen years old. His stepdad introduced him to the work, and he has loved it ever since. Shekinah Renovations LLC is his company now, and he is still the person you actually deal with. He comes out for the estimate, he is on site while the work is being done, and he is the one who answers when you call or text (405) 532-3348.
Ask him what Shekinah Renovations does and the answer is short: anything and everything. Remodeling, concrete, and paint are the core of it, with demolition, drywall and texture, flooring, tile, showers, roofing, fencing, windows, carpentry and landscaping around them. What he likes most is making people's visions come true, which is why the first question on an estimate is usually what you are picturing rather than what you want to spend.
That range shows up on real jobs. On a recent one he poured a new patio, extended it around the side of the house, laid in the design the client picked, resealed the existing concrete and filled the cracks, then hung their TV and helped move the furniture back into place. On another job the same house needed drywall, mud, texture, paint, flooring and trim, plus a repair to a water leak that started at a washing machine valve and worked its way into the wall. Most remodels are not one clean trade, and the value of hiring one company that does all of it is that nobody gets to point at the other guy when something is off.

Jimmy started doing this work at fourteen, introduced to it by his stepdad, and he has loved it ever since. He does the estimate and he is there while the work happens.

Where we work
Shekinah Renovations is based in Oklahoma City and works across the metro plus roughly an hour's drive in any direction. If your address sits past that, it is still worth a call or a text, because plenty of jobs are worth the drive. We are a service-area business, so there is no office to visit. We come to the property, look at the job in person, and price it from what is actually there.
Letting someone you found online into your house
It is a fair thing to be careful about, and we would rather answer it straight than talk around it. Shekinah Renovations is a newer company name. Jimmy is not new to the trade. He started at fourteen, learned it from his stepdad, and has been doing this work ever since.

- Oklahoma does not issue a general contractor or remodeler license, so for most of what we do there is no state license to hold. Where a trade is licensed, we say so and bring in the right partner.
- The estimate is free and written down. You know the number, and the scope, before anything starts.
- The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it.
