You call or text (405) 532-3348, either one is fine, or send the form with a short description of what you want done. We set a time and come to the property. Jimmy looks at the actual conditions, measures, and gives you a written estimate. That whole part is free, and you are not committed to anything by asking.
If you approve it, we schedule the work, order materials, and get started. If we find something behind a wall or under a floor that changes the plan, you hear about it before we do anything about it. When the job is done we haul off the mess.

The Same Work in Every City We Cover
The housing stock changes as you move around the metro. Midwest City and Del City are full of compact post-war homes with original plumbing behind the walls. Edmond and Yukon lean newer, with bigger footprints and more outdoor space to build on. Older Oklahoma City neighborhoods sit somewhere in between, often with good bones and forty years of patchwork repairs on top of them.
What does not change is the service list. Wherever you are, we take on anything and everything on it:

Letting someone you found online into your house
It is a fair thing to be careful about, and we would rather answer it straight than talk around it. Shekinah Renovations is a newer company name. Jimmy is not new to the trade. He started at fourteen, learned it from his stepdad, and has been doing this work ever since.
- Every photo and video on this site is Jimmy's own work around the OKC metro. None of it is stock.
- We will put you in touch with people we have done work for. Ask on the walkthrough.
- Oklahoma does not issue a general contractor or remodeler license, so for most of what we do there is no state license to hold. Where a trade is licensed, we say so and bring in the right partner.
- The estimate is free and written down. You know the number, and the scope, before anything starts.
- The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it.
