Services
Shekinah Renovations LLC provides general contracting, remodeling, and repair services to residential and light commercial properties in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. That includes concrete, interior and exterior painting, drywall and texture, flooring, roofing, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, tile and backsplash, fencing, window installation, and carpentry. Work is performed on a per-project basis under the scope agreed to in writing before the project begins.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are free and are based on the conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties agree to the written scope. If concealed conditions are discovered once work begins (for example, rot, water damage, failed prior work, or code issues behind a finished surface), we will stop, show you what we found, and provide a revised price for the additional work before proceeding.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Start dates depend on material availability, permitting where applicable, and weather, which affects concrete, roofing, exterior painting, and outdoor work in particular. We ask for as much notice as you can give if you need to cancel or reschedule. Materials already ordered or custom-fabricated for your project may not be returnable and can remain your responsibility.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, disclosing known conditions such as prior leaks, previous repairs, or the location of buried utilities and private lines, and for confirming they have the authority to approve work on the property. We ask that pets, vehicles, and valuables be moved clear of the work area before the crew arrives.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit toward materials and the schedule of progress payments, are set out in the written estimate for your project. Final payment is due on completion of the agreed scope.
Photographs
We may photograph completed work for our own portfolio and website. Photos show the work, not identifying details of the household, and we will exclude your property on request.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Shekinah Renovations LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, for pre-existing conditions we did not create, or for work performed by others.
