Based in Oklahoma City, Working the Whole Metro
Shekinah Renovations LLC is run out of Oklahoma City. We are a service-area business rather than a storefront, so the truck loads up in the morning and goes to your property. There is nothing for you to drive to and no showroom appointment to schedule.
Practically, the normal working range is the metro plus about an hour's drive in any direction. Edmond to the north, Norman and Moore to the south, Yukon and Mustang to the west, and Midwest City and Del City to the east are all routine, and Bethany and Warr Acres sit right in the middle of it. That hour also reaches a long list of smaller Oklahoma towns that never make a service-area map.
Drive time matters most on multi-day projects, where the crew is coming back every morning. For those we try to group jobs by area so the schedule holds. If you are past that hour, call or text anyway. Jobs outside the ring are still worth the conversation, and we would rather tell you honestly whether the drive works than have you guess from a map.

No. We are a service-area business, so we come to you. That keeps overhead out of the price and means you get an estimate based on your actual space rather than a showroom sample.
Yes. Rentals, inherited houses, and properties being prepared for sale are all normal for us. We can coordinate access with a tenant or a lockbox and send photos as the work progresses.

It is a fair thing to be careful about, and we would rather answer it straight than talk around it. Shekinah Renovations is a newer company name. Jimmy is not new to the trade. He started at fourteen, learned it from his stepdad, and has been doing this work ever since.

- Oklahoma does not issue a general contractor or remodeler license, so for most of what we do there is no state license to hold. Where a trade is licensed, we say so and bring in the right partner.
