Working With an Already-Open Layout
Unlike the closed kitchens in the metro's older suburbs, Mustang kitchens usually already face the living space, so the remodel budget goes into quality instead of structural work. The typical project replaces builder-grade cabinets or refaces them, swaps laminate counters for quartz or granite, adds a tile backsplash, upgrades the sink and faucet, and fixes the lighting — because a single builder flush-mount in the middle of the ceiling never did a kitchen any favors. Where the slab allows it, adding or enlarging an island is the one layout change that pays for itself in daily use.

The work is sequenced so the kitchen is out of commission for as short a stretch as possible, the rest of the house is protected from dust, and the job ends with a punch walk where anything that bothers you gets corrected before we consider it finished.

Ranges, dishwashers, and refrigerators all have real openings and swing clearances. Those get verified against your actual appliances before cabinets are set, not after.
Licensed trades brought in where the scope requires it
Moving gas, water, or circuits is licensed work in Oklahoma. When a kitchen needs it, the right trade partner handles that portion and it is coordinated as part of the schedule instead of becoming your problem.

The Oklahoma City metro plus about an hour's drive in any direction: Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, Norman, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, Del City, Bethany, Warr Acres and the smaller towns around them. If you are past that ring, call or text anyway. A job can still be worth the drive.

Oklahoma does not issue a general contractor or remodeler license, so for most of what we do there is no state license to hold. For the trades the Construction Industries Board does license, Jimmy has applications in progress and we will tell you that plainly rather than imply otherwise. Where a job requires a licensed plumber, electrician, or registered roofer, we bring in the right trade partner for that portion. Ask about your specific job and you will get a straight answer.
